When someone is having a heart attack every minute counts because time is muscle. The faster doctors can get the person's blocked artery open and blood flowing again to the heart, the better the patient's chance for survival. It's the reason LewisGale Hospital Montgomery is teaming up with local rescue squads to test all aspects of care given to heart attack patients even before they make it to the emergency room.
