Montgomery Regional Hospital announced today that it has received Magnet™ status, the nation's highest recognition in nursing excellence from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Only 5% of all hospitals in the United States have achieved this distinction.

HCA Virginia Health System has announced that it is the first and only health system to have fully accredited chest pain centers at all of its hospitals in Southwest Virginia –– Lewis–Gale Medical Center, Alleghany Regional, Montgomery Regional and Pulaski Community.
